Welcome to the Beyond Anxiety Masterclass

This masterclass is based on my book Beyond Diagnosis only is goes so much further. We are going to travel together to understand anxiety. We are not going to learn how to cope with it or change it. By understanding something we learn to lose our fear of it and so when it comes to anxiety that means it's just not going to interest us anymore.

I never knew I had anxiety until I started to understand how the mind works.

I just thought over thinking everything was the responsible thing to do.

When I understood that I was actually feeling my anxious thinking, it stopped making sense to listen to it.

In this course we will cover:
